Are these products only for people with diagnosed ADHD?+

No. They are designed around executive-function friction commonly described by adults with ADHD, but anyone who relates to the underlying problem can use them. The products do not diagnose ADHD.

Are Less Load products therapy or medical treatment?+

No. Less Load products are educational and organisational tools. They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy or a substitute for professional care.

What file types do I receive?+

The guides, protocol cards, quick-reset sheets and worksheets are PDFs. ADMIN RESET includes an XLSX Command Centre and MONEY LEAK includes an XLSX calculator.

Can I use the PDFs on my phone or tablet?+

Yes. PDFs can be viewed on phones, tablets and computers. You can also print them if you prefer a physical copy.

Which product should I start with?+

START is the broadest entry point if task initiation is the main issue. HOME RESET is for environmental overwhelm, ADMIN RESET is for open life-admin loops, and MONEY LEAK focuses on the financial cost of friction. If several fit, the Reset Collection includes all four.

How do I receive the files?+

Checkout and file delivery are handled securely by Payhip. After purchase you receive access to your digital files.

What currency are prices shown in?+

All storefront prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your payment provider may display a local converted amount depending on your card or account.

Can I share the files with someone else?+

Your purchase is for your personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell or upload the files for others.

What about refunds?+

Digital-product refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the relevant checkout/payment policies. If you have a genuine issue accessing a product, contact us so it can be resolved.
